Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy on all products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was when you received it; brand new, unopened and in its original packaging. Packaging must not be damaged in any way, or your return will not be accepted. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@ocdrc.com. In this email, include the reason for the return, along with a picture of the item showing it is still in brand new condition, sealed in its original packaging. Please note that you will have to cover the cost of shipping your return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues with your Order
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make sure to resolve it immediately. Defective items, or any out of box issues must be handled directly with the manufacture.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. Please note that all refunds are issued in the form of In-Store Credit.
